Project Director · Major energy infrastructure

The name on the
accountability line.

Twenty-five years delivering major energy and industrial capital projects from inside the owner's organization — LNG export and import, FLNG and FSRU, blue ammonia and hydrogen, and gas-fired power. More than $20 billion delivered across eight major projects, every phase from concept selection through construction and into operations. On four of them I was the single named person accountable for delivery.

Sole accountability

I have been the name on the accountability line.

Most people at this level have run a function on a megaproject, or a package, or a phase. Very few have been the single named person accountable for delivering one end to end. Fewer still have done it more than once, on more than one continent, in more than one contracting model.
